What you need / Mga kailangan
- PRC license number (Professional Regulation Commission), valid and active
- Your full name and specialty
- Contact number and email
- Private mailing address (for verification only; never shown publicly)
- After approval: the clinics or hospitals where you practice (Province → City → Barangay)
How verification works / Paano kami nagbe-verify
- Apply in the app. Sign in and send your details. Your status is PENDING.
- Back-office check. Our team checks your PRC license and details. We may contact you for more information.
- You're verified. Your status becomes VERIFIED. If something doesn't match, we'll tell you why.
- Add your clinics. Add each clinic or hospital where you practice. They then appear in Find a doctor.
Apply in the Doc Jen app
Applications are made inside the app so your documents stay secure. Install Doc Jen, sign in, then open Join the Doc Jen network at the bottom of the home screen and choose Want to be our Consultant?.
