1. What Doc Jen is, and is not
Doc Jen helps families keep health records, ask health questions, and connect with verified doctors and partner pharmacies. Doc Jen is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital. Doc Jen AI answers are general information and do not replace an in-person consultation.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians manage the records of minors.
- Give true and complete information, and keep your sign-in details secure.
- Only add family members whose information you are allowed to share, with their consent where required.
3. Doctors and consultants
Doctors must hold a valid PRC license and pass our verification. They are responsible for their own professional judgment, the answers they verify and the prescriptions they issue, following Philippine law and professional standards.
4. Pharmacies
Pharmacies must be validly registered (SEC or DTI), hold the licenses required by the FDA and local government, and pass our verification. They must dispense only against valid prescriptions and follow dispensing laws.
5. E-prescriptions
Each e-prescription has a unique QR code and an expiry date, and may be dispensed once. Do not share, copy or alter it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, upload false documents, try to access other people's records, or interfere with its security.
7. Verification and removal
We may approve, reject, suspend or remove any doctor, pharmacy or member account to protect users, giving reasons where possible.
8. Fees
