What you need / Mga kailangan
- Registered corporate or business name
- SEC Incorporation No. (corporations) or DTI Registration No. (sole proprietors)
- Name of the President / Owner
- Head office address with street and number
- Contact number and email
- After approval: each branch address (Province → City → Barangay → Street) and phone
How verification works / Paano kami nagbe-verify
- Register in the app. Sign in and send your business details. Your status is PENDING.
- Back-office check. Our team checks your SEC or DTI registration and owner details. We may ask for documents.
- You're verified. Your status becomes VERIFIED. If something doesn't match, we'll tell you why.
- Add your branches. Your branches then appear in Find a pharmacy, and you can scan Doc Jen e-prescriptions.
Apply in the Doc Jen app
Applications are made inside the app so your documents stay secure. Install Doc Jen, sign in, then open Join the Doc Jen network at the bottom of the home screen and choose Want to be a Pharmacy?.
